Nestled in the charming and historical town of Concord Massachusetts lies Sleepy Hollow Cemetery. It lies one block east of Monument square, just outside the center of town. Founded in 1855, this Victorian Cemetery is the final resting place of several very well known authors. In fact, they are barely steps from one another in a section known as authors ridge.
As you can see from the picture at the left, those authors include Henry David Thoreau, Nathaniel Hawthorne, Louisa May Alcott and Ralph Waldo Emerson. (more…)
